Prague Center Guest Residences has a Loft Apartment House consisting of 4 Loft apartments: 3 Studio Lofts and a 1 bedroom loft. Located on Sazavska street in historic Vinohrady, 'boys town'. This lively neighborhood, with 10 gay clubs and and restaurants, is the center of Prague's booming gay scene. Excellent public transit connections by Metro and 6 tram lines, transport you quickly to all of Prague's tourist venues. Wenceslas Square: 1 Metro stop, Old Town: 2 Metro stops, Castle District: 4 Metro stops. Prague Center also has two loft apartments located at the Riverside, a one bedroom and a three bedroom. See descriptions of each apartment below. Bob, the English speaking owner is extremely helpful. Phone cards, transit passes available for sale. Free gay map. There are free wifi cafes and an internet cafe located nearby. Mobile phone rental available for 4 EUR per day. At all locations, supermarkets are around the corner. Breakfast is self-catering. Coffee and tea provided. The apartments are air-conditioned in summer and have self-regulated heating. No pets allowed. Reservations in advance required. Open year round. Peace Square Loft Apartment 2
This studio loft (45 sqm) features parquet and tile floors, skylights, and oak-beamed ceiling. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. (The apartment sleeps 3 persons). The studio is equipped with SAT/TV, CD/Player, dining table, clothes burreau, and wash machine. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee and tea makers, and toaster. There is an iron/ironing board and a hair dryer. The bath has a shower, sink and bidet. Peace Square Loft Apartment 4
Located a 3 minute walk from Namesti Miru (Peace Square), in one of Prague's most beautiful neighborhoods, Vinohrady. This studio loft apartment (40 sqm) is on the top floor of an historic Art Noveau building with an elevator. The apartment sleeps up to 3 persons in a double bed and a sofa bed. The apartment is light and airy, with exposed oak beams and skylight windows. It is air-conditioned and has a fan. The bathroom is large and has a full size bathtub/shower, a sink, a bidet and a washing machine. Sat/TV, and a CD/player are provided for your in-house entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, fridge, freezer, microwawe, toaster, coffee maker and water heater. There is a fan. In the center of Prague's gay scene. Walking distance to some of the venues: Stella club 2 minutes, Bar 21 5 minutes, Termix 8 minutes, The Saint 8 minutes, Valentino 8 minutes and Sauna Marco 10 minutes. There is a tram stop 20 meters away (4, 22, 23, might tram 57). The metro station Namesti Miru is a 3 minute walk. It will take you to Wenceslas Square in one stop and Old Town and Charles Bridge in 3 stops. 1 person 66 Euros, 2 persons 77 Euro, 3 persons 88 EUR.

Riverside Duplex Loft

This top floor (5th) 1 bedroom duplex loft, with lift, features an open plan living area, original oak-beamed ceiling, skylights, luxury furnishings. The apartment offers nice views over-looking the rooftops of Prague. Located in an historic Art Nouveau building in the very center of Prague, one block from the river, the apartment is an easy walk to almost all of Prague's tourist venues, and many of it's gay venues. The neighborhood has many fine restauants and cafes,and there are two Internet cafes on the street and two free WIFI cafes nearby. The living area has a comfortable IKEA sofa bed, seating areas, and an entertainment center with SAT/TV, CD/player and DVD player. There is a dining area with dining table that seats 4 persons. The bedroom has a double bed, clothes bureau and CD/player. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove, fridge, coffee and tea makers and toaster. The bath has a shower room, sink and washing machine, available for guest usage. The apartment is air-conditioned in summer and has central heating, self regulated to your comfort level. Walking distances: The Charles Bridge and Old Town: 10 minutes, Wenceslas Square: 10 minutes. Gay clubs Friends, Heaven, Erra Cafe, Tingl Tangl, U Strelec and Jampa Dampa are all a 10 minute or less walk. Tram stop and metro station Karlovo Namesti are a 2 minute walk away. This brilliant penthouse apartment features a spacious and open plan living area, with floor to ceiling windows, affording nice views to the Prague Castle and Petrin Hill. The living area is equipped with SAT/TV, CD/player, DVD/player and a computer with free Internet access. The Designer kitchen is fully equipped with electric-stove, fridge, coffee-maker, toaster and dishwasher. The three bedrooms are in loft style, with wood beams. Two of the bedrooms have double bedstwo one which can be separated into twin beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. There is a comfortable large sofa bed in the living area that sleeps 1 person. The apartment sleeps 6 persons comfortably. The large bathroom has a two person Jakuzzi shaped bathtub, a double sink, and a separate shower. There is a second half bath, with WC and sink. The apartment has heating self regulated to your comfort level, and floor fans in all the rooms for cooling in summer. All linens and towels are provided. There are excellent metro and tram connections from the apartment. Metro station Karlovo Namesti is a 2 minute walk, and two tram stops, with 7 tram lines are also a 2 minute walk away. Trams 3 4 10 16 22 23 24. The apartment is a 5-15 minute walk from the gay clubs Heaven, Drakes, Jampa Dampa and Friends and Downtown Cafe. All other gay venues are easliy reachable by tram or metro. The Charles Bridge and the Old Town are a 15 mintute walk from the apartment. 6th floor, with a lift.

Directions & Transfers

Transfers from and to the airport are available for 35 Euro one way or 60 Euro return; Transfers from and to the rail stations are available for 20 Euro one way or 30 Euro return (per car, max. 3 persons). You may reserve the Airport Transfer or the Rail Transfer after your booking is confirmed. Parking on the street is free for Riverside and Studio Loft.

Great you decided to stay at Prague Center Guest Residences! To request a reservation you need to fill the online form (below). We can not process reservations via normal emails! But you can email or call us at any time if you have a question. Thanks a lot for your understanding.

Step 1: Please fill the form and you will receive an autoreply email. This will be to confirm that we have received your request. If you do not get the autoreply you misstyped your email address or your spamfilter is turned on and blocks our emails (e.g. if you use hotmail.com). If you made a mistake just fill the form another time.
Step 2: Soon we will send a second email to confirm your reservation. This confirmation email will include all details like directions etc. You should receive it within 1 and 12 hours. Please print it and bring it to Prague. (If we cannot confirm because PragueCenter is fully booked GayGuide.Net Prague will offer other places that are available. You will never get lost!).
Step 3: Please reply to the confirmation to let us know that you safely received it. You may want to book the transfer service from the airport or rail station. Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email.

Dont worry ! We process all form submitted reservation requests several times every day. You will receive the confirmation soon. Please do not email your request as this may cause a delay and please dont call as missunderstandings may occur with reservations made by phone. Thanks a lot!
Can I make a reservation by phone or Fax?
Sorry, that's not possible. But you can call us at +36 309 32 33 34 for every question you may have!
Can I go to PragueCenter without a confirmed reservation?
Sorry, that's not possible. You need to reserve in advance.
Can I send an email to ask if aa apartment is available?
Until we reply and you read our email someone else may took the apartment. If you like to stay at PragueCenter please fill the form to request a reservation.
What are the rates ?
All the rates listed on this webpage are always up2date. See the pages for each apartment. Thank you.
I/We need to change the reservation that was confirmed already...
Please use this online form again and mention in the proper field your old reservation ID number. You will receive a new confirmation with a new ID number and the previous reservation will be cancelled.
I/We want to come two or more times/interrupt the stay.
If you want to interrupt your stay in Prague (e.g. you like to stay 3 nights, going for 2 nights to another city and return to Prague for another 4 nights) please send 2 different reservation requests!
What happens if PragueCenter is fully booked?
If PragueCenter is fully booked GayGuide.Net Prague will offer other places that are available. You will never get lost ! No need to request several accommmodations at once. Just wait for our reply!
