This Room is located on the first floor in a residential building. It has a double bed. TV, DVD player and radio. 12 square meters.

All 3 rooms share a big old style kitchen, a shower and a WC. Unlimited hot water, washing machine free of charge, lot of towels and blankets. Two night’s minimum stay, for only 1 night 50% surcharge. No extra charge if you have guests.

The rate is 40 EUR per night for 1 person and 50 EUR for 2 persons.
(or 120 EUR per night if you like to reserve all 3 rooms for max 6 persons)
