Close to at least 30 gay bars, clubs, cafes, saunas, shops, restaurants. Absolute luxury in a one bedroom apartment (double bed) with balcony, private bathroom with shower & WC. Guest kitchenette with fridge, microwave oven and crockery & cutlery. Accommodates up to 2 persons. If you're a group of 3 please ask for other options. Cable TV (some foreign channels). Your private part is 40 sqm, 6th (top) floor, bright, modern building with all modern conveniences. Full bathroom with extra large shower, unlimited hot water, floor heating. Laundry service available. Close to Metro station U7, Bus 249; Several night bus lines, including the N4; Metro line 7 takes you to Nollendorfplatz and the gay area in the former East-Berlin (Metro stop Eberswalder Strasse). Plenty of shopping possibilities nearby. The famous shopping street Ku’damm is only 8 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a regular landline phone. All incoming calls free. Outgoing calls possible - ask for a rate sheet upon arrival. Gay owned and operated. Briand speaks English, German and French and is always reachable by mobile phone for assistance. Towels, blankets etc. are there. Key sets for every guest. Briand offers tailor-made tours upon request. You may choose a tour to the major sites, or a gay tour of the gay locations from the 1920s. Briand can arrange theatre tickets & restaurant reservations. Also gay tours on bikes are possible by arrangement. At check-in you can purchase tickets for public traffic, stamps and phone cards if you inform Briand in advance. Free condoms and city guide available in your apartment. Transfer from airports and train stations upon request. Collection service from any airport , cheaper than a public taxi. Items for your breakfast are in the kitchenette. The minibar has a selection of soft drinks all for only EUR 0.60 as well as a selection of alcoholic drinks including wine, beer and champagne. Payment cash only, EUR, USD or GBP accepted. No credit cards. Many ATM's are nearby. Minimum stay 2 nights. We really recommend this place! 1 or 2 persons EUR 70 per night.
